Robert Goldman is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Robert Goldman, PLLC.
In this role, Robert provides an exceptional level of representation to clients in need of legal guidance, representation or defense, wherever they may find themselves across Michigan.
Robert’s past legal experience includes complex civil litigation, probate and estate planning, and municipal law. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Robert Goldman, Robert’s practice concentrated on criminal defense, including investigation and post-judgment relief, as an attorney at Lewis & Dickstein, PLLC in Southfield, Michigan. Additionally, Robert's prior experience included all aspects of municipal law, with concentration on ordinance enforcement, real property law, and local government operations. Most importantly, Robert gained significant litigation and trial experience as a township prosecutor, responsible for misdemeanor prosecution enforcement.
Robert's time in practicing both criminal prosecution and defense provides a unique expertise, understanding and appreciation for the services he provides his clients. With a keen eye and attention to detail, Robert possesses a creative and thorough approach to achieve the best resolution.
Robert is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law Studies. Robert went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. While in law school, Robert was an active member of many student organizations, serving as President of the Jewish Law Student Association and Moot Court. Robert’s leadership and enthusiasm continues to this day as a zealous advocate for clients in the courtroom, where he is admitted to practice law in all Michigan State Courts and the Eastern District Federal Court of Michigan.
